Today marks the first official day of the Fit & Active Seniors Trial (FAST; Wave 1).  Participants arrived to Freer Hall this morning to participate in Functional Fitness Testing, after which they received their exercise group assignment: Dance or Stretching, Stability, & Strength.  Group orientations will be conducted this Wednesday morning at CRCE or the ARC, and the first day of exercises will begin this Friday.  Good luck to all of our participants on beginning (and sticking with) their new, active lifestyles!
